13:1E-9.1. Surcharges 2. The provisions of any law to the contrary notwithstanding, the owner or operator of any sanitary landfill facility may collect any fee imposed pursuant to section 9 of P.L.1970, c.39 (C.13:1E-9) as a surcharge on any tariff established pursuant to law for the solid waste disposal operations of the facility.
