13:1E-99.100 Labeling of electronic device required. 7. Beginning on January 1, 2010, a manufacturer or retailer may not sell or offer for sale a covered electronic device in this State unless the covered electronic device is labeled with the manufacturer's brand, and the label is permanently affixed and readily visible.
