13:1E-99.114 Report posted on website, submitted to Legislature. 21. By January 1, 2014, the department shall prepare a report, which shall be posted on the department's Internet website and submitted, pursuant to section 2 of P.L.1991, c.164 (C.52:14-19.1), to the Legislature, assessing the success or failure of the electronic waste management system implemented pursuant to the provisions of P.L.2007, c.347 (C.13:1E-99.94 et seq.) relative to the statutory management of covered electronic devices in other states, including jurisdictions that have adopted a producer responsibility model versus those that have adopted an advance recovery fee approach, or both, with respect to the recycling of used televisions and other covered electronic devices.
