13:1E-99.90 Revision of policies of Department of the Treasury relative to purchase of vehicles. 9. Notwithstanding any other policies and guidelines for the procurement of vehicles to the contrary, the Department of the Treasury shall, within one year after the effective date of this act, revise its policies, rules and procedures to give priority and preference to the purchase of vehicles that do not contain mercury, taking into consideration competition, price, availability and performance.
