13:1F-33. Rules, regulations 15. The commissioner shall adopt, pursuant to the provisions of the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), such rules or regulations as are necessary to implement the provisions of this act. L.2002,c.117,s.15.
