13:1K-31. Fee schedule The department is authorized to charge and collect fees from facility owners registered pursuant to section 4 of this act, in accordance with a schedule adopted as a rule or regulation, which schedule shall reflect the costs to the department of reviewing individual facilities while enabling the department to continue to administer the program on a self-supporting basis.
