13:1L-8.7 New Jersey State Parks and Open Space Foundation, expenses, payable, funds raised by the foundation; representation. 7. All expenses incurred by the foundation shall be payable from funds raised by the foundation, and no liability or obligation, in tort or contract, shall be incurred by the State for the operation of the foundation.
