§ 13-1m-3

13:1M-3. Written findings required A permit required by section 2 of this act shall be issued only upon a written finding by the department that the authorized activities will not result in: a. Any adverse consequences to groundwater and surface water; b. Any significant degradation of landscape; c. Any threat to public health and safety; and d. Any substantial air and noise pollution.
