§ 13-8a-29

13:8A-29. Grants; payment upon certification of approval; limitation Grants under this act shall be made by the State Treasurer upon certification of approval by the commissioner. Each grant shall be in an amount equal to not more than 50% of the actual cost of the lands in question. L.1971, c. 419, s. 11, eff. Jan. 24, 1972.
