§ 13-8a-38

13:8A-38. Use of funds The commissioner shall use the sums appropriated by this act from the proceeds of the sale of bonds under the New Jersey Green Acres and Recreation Opportunities Bond Act of 1974 and such other sums as may be appropriated from time to time for like purposes, to acquire and develop lands for recreation and conservation purposes and to make grants to assist local units to acquire and develop lands for such purposes, subject to the conditions and limitations prescribed by this act.
