§ 13-8a-42

13:8A-42. Acquisition of land by local unit with state aid Lands approved by the commissioner for acquisition by a local unit with State assistance shall be acquired by and in the name of the local unit and may be acquired in the manner provided in section 6 hereof or in any other manner authorized by law for the acquisition of lands for such purposes by the local unit.
