13:8C-59 Definitions relative to acquisition of land for recreation, conservation purposes. 2. As used in this act: 'Governmental entity' means the State or a county, municipality, or other political subdivision of the State, or any agency, authority, department, or other entity thereof. 'Recreation and conservation purposes' means the same as that term is defined in section 3 of P.L.1999, c.152 (C.13:8C-3). L.2019, c.174, s.2.
