13:12-12. Construction of electric railways on canal lands acquired by municipalities L.1925, c. 75, p. 248, entitled 'An act to authorize any municipality through which the Morris canal passes to construct an electric railway upon such canal lands and other lands required for such purpose and to enter into leases or contracts providing for the operation thereof, and to issue bonds therefor,' approved March thirteenth, one thousand nine hundred and twenty-five, saved from repeal. [This act authorizes any municipality through which the Morris canal passes and which has or shall acquire any such lands pursuant to law to construct and maintain thereon electric railways and issue bonds therefor.]
