§ 13-13-12

13:13-12. Filling in of canal The department of conservation and development is authorized, by agreement either with the city of Trenton, or with any Federal agency, or with the authorities of any municipalities in which the canal may lie, to fill the canal from the southerly line of the city of Trenton to its terminus at Bordentown.
