13:13-12.7. Park and recreational uses The Department of Conservation and Development shall, in addition, improve such portion of said canal and its appurtenances as it may deem proper to develop for recreational and park uses; provided, said uses shall not unreasonably interfere with the efficient operation of said canal as a source of industrial water supply.
