13:13-2. Custody of canal and feeder vested in department of conservation and development The department of conservation and development is empowered and directed to enter upon and take possession of the canal and feeder mentioned in section 13:13-1 of this title, except the properties and facilities now used for railroad purposes referred to in section 13:13-7 of this title, for and on behalf of the state of New Jersey.
