13:13-3.4. Rules, regulations 7. The Commissioner of Transportation shall, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.) adopt the rules and regulations necessary to carry out its responsibilities under the provisions of this amendatory and supplementary act.
