§ 13-13-4

13:13-4. Sale of water; rental or use of property The department of conservation and development is empowered to sell water from the canal for industrial or potable purposes, and rent or, in its discretion, use as a residence for its employees connected with the maintenance of the canal lands and dwellings adjoining the canal and feeder, to which the title has vested in this state.
