§ 13-13-5

13:13-5. Maintenance deficit The deficit, if any, arising from the maintenance of the canal, after deducting the income derived therefrom in the manner provided in section 13:13-4 of this title, shall be borne and paid out of funds appropriated under any general or special act of the legislature.
