§ 13-13-8

13:13-8. Lease of buildings The department of conservation and development is empowered to lease any buildings acquired by the state under the provisions of this chapter, which buildings are not required for use in the maintenance and operation of the canal, and shall have authority to determine the terms of such lease or leases.
