13:13-9. Fixing boundaries of canal In addition to the powers conferred by the other provisions of this chapter the department of conservation and development shall have power to agree with the Pennsylvania Railroad Company or the United New Jersey Railroad and Canal Company, or both, as to the limits and boundaries of the land vested in the state of New Jersey by virtue of this chapter and of section seventeen of an act entitled 'An act to incorporate the Delaware and Raritan Canal Company,' passed February fourth, one thousand eight hundred and thirty.
