13:17-3.1. References to HMDC deemed to be New Jersey Meadowlands Commission 2. On and after the effective date of this act, any reference in any law, rule, regulation, order, contract or document to the 'Hackensack Meadowlands Development Commission' shall be deemed to mean and refer to the 'New Jersey Meadowlands Commission.'
