§ 13-8-43

13:8-43. Violations; penalties Any person violating any provision of this act or any rule or regulation promulgated thereunder shall be liable to a penalty of not more than $50.00 to be collected in a summary proceeding pursuant to the Penalty Enforcement Law (N.J.S. 2A:58-1 et seq.).
