13:9-10. Deputy firewardens; designation Each firewarden, subject to the approval of the department, may designate one or more proper persons to act as deputy or deputies in case of his absence or disability from any cause. Amended by L.1981, c. 369, s. 19, eff. Dec. 30, 1981.
