13:9-44.17 Rules, regulations. 7. The department, in consultation with the Department of Agriculture, shall develop and adopt, pursuant to the 'Administrative Procedure Act,' P.L.1968, c.410 (C.52:14B-1 et seq.), rules and regulations necessary to implement this act, which shall include, but need not be limited to, the issuance of appropriate notice to the public of prescribed burns conducted by the Forest Fire Service and the design, approval, and implementation of prescribed burn plans.
