14A:10A-1. Short title This act shall be known and may be cited as the 'New Jersey Shareholders' Protection Act.' The requirements of this act shall be in addition to the requirements of applicable law, including Title 14A of the New Jersey Statutes and any additional requirements contained in the certificate of incorporation or bylaws of a resident domestic corporation with respect to business combinations as defined herein.
