§ 15-11-4-1

15:11-4.1. Increase of trustees of college or university created by special charter Any college or university in this State created by special charter which limits the number of members on the board of trustees and restricts membership to members of a religious order or community, may, notwithstanding such limitation and restriction, appoint or elect to the board of trustees additional members, including lay members, in such number as it deems advisable.
