15:11-7. Acquisition of additional land by trustees of educational corporation The board of trustees of any corporation created by any law of this state for educational purposes and owning and maintaining grounds open to the public for park or recreation purposes shall have power and authority to purchase and take title to such lands as shall adjoin on three sides the land already owned by such corporation.
