§ 15-19-6

15:19-6. Effective date; application to corporations This act shall take effect immediately, and shall apply to all corporations as described in section 2 hereof, whether organized before or after the effective date of this act. L.1971, c. 337, s. 6, eff. Dec. 13, 1971.
