16:1-36. Officers; duties Such corporation may elect a president, secretary and treasurer as provided in sections 16:1-13, 16:1-15 and 16:1-16 of this title, which officers shall have the powers and duties therein set out, except that the treasurer so elected shall render a statement of the receipts and disbursements of the corporation whenever required by such corporation or association, instead of annually as provided in section 16:1-16 of this title.
