§ 16-1-38

16:1-38. Account; trustees to furnish; audit The trustees provided for in section 16:1-37 of this title shall furnish to the governing body a statement and account of the particulars and items of their trust and permit an audit of the same and an inspection of their books and investments and all things pertaining thereto, at such time and in such manner as the governing body shall direct.
