16:1-42. Trustees; filling vacancies Vacancies in the board of trustees shall be filled by the convention or other governing body, which may provide that vacancies occurring in trusteeships held by persons selected in accordance with the provisions of section 16:1-41 of this title shall be filled by their successors in office.
