16:13-12. Rights and customs confirmed The rights and customs of the Reformed Church in America to conduct their affairs and to convey or mortgage their property by a majority vote of their consistory are hereby confirmed. Any law passed before March nineteenth, one thousand nine hundred, requiring the reference of such matters to a vote of the congregation shall not apply to the Reformed Church of America.
