16:15-12. President and treasurer The bishop of such diocese shall, by virtue of his office, be the president and treasurer of the corporation, unless the board of trustees otherwise order unanimously. He shall have custody of the common seal, papers, documents, deeds, writings and books of or relating to the corporation, and may convene the trustees as occasion may require.
