16:19-7. Secretary, treasurer and other officers The board of trustees shall elect or appoint as soon after their election as practicable, from their number, a secretary and treasurer, and may also appoint such other officers or agents as such board may, from time to time, deem expedient. The proceedings, orders and acts of a majority of the trustees for the time being, but not of a less number, shall be valid and effectual.
