Incorporation validated L.1884, c. 178, s. 1, p. 263 (C.S. p. 4352, s. 118), being section one of an act entitled 'An act to confirm the incorporation and proceedings of Evangelical Lutheran churches in the state of New Jersey,' approved April twenty-fifth, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-four, saved from repeal. [Evangelical Lutheran congregations organized under act of 1846 were declared to be bodies corporate, and certain of their acts were validated by this act.]
