§ 17-1-1-2

17:1-1.2. Effective date This act shall take effect on the first day of July, one thousand nine hundred and forty-eight, except that any appointment, and any confirmation of any appointment, permitted by this act may be made prior to such date. L.1948, c. 88, p. 504, s. 13.
