§ 17-12b-12

17:12B-12. Purposes The purposes of associations operating under the provisions of this act shall be promoting thrift, home ownership and housing or otherwise investing funds in accordance with the provisions of this act. L.1963, c. 144, s. 12. Amended by L.1974, c. 137, s. 2, eff. Oct. 23, 1974.
