17:12B-272. Rules and regulations The commissioner shall have power to implement and carry out the provisions and purposes of this Article XXI by the promulgation and issuance of rules and regulations from time to time. The commissioner, when issuing such rules and regulations, shall, to the extent feasible, promulgate such rules and regulations in substantial conformity with applicable rules and regulations of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board and the Federal Savings and Loan Insurance Corporation.
