17:12B-34. Auxiliary office not deemed branch or limited facility branch office An auxiliary office shall not be deemed a branch office or limited facility branch office within the meaning of section 24 of this act. Each auxiliary office shall be deemed to be an integral part of the office to which it is an adjunct, and all business transacted at such auxiliary office shall be deemed to be transacted at the office to which it is an adjunct.
