Language in rental agreement An agreement for the rental of vaults, safe deposit boxes, and other receptacles for the storage and safekeeping of personal property shall be written in simple, clear, understandable and easily readable language as provided in P.L.1980, c. 125 (C. 56:12-1 et seq.).
