Acknowledgment by buyer of receipt of copy of contract Any acknowledgment by the retail buyer of receipt of a copy of the contract shall be printed or written in a size equal to at least 10-point bold type and, if contained in the contract, shall appear directly above the space provided in the contract form for the signature of the retail buyer.
