17:16C-40.2. Violation of provisions; revocation or suspension of license A violation of any provision of this act shall be cause for the revocation or suspension of the license of the sales finance company by the commissioner upon notice and opportunity to be heard in accordance with the provisions of P.L.1958, chapter 68.
