Receipt for payment; contents Whenever payment is made on account of any retail installment contract in cash, the person receiving such payment shall, at the time of receiving such payment, furnish to the retail buyer, or the person making such payment on behalf of the retail buyer, a complete written receipt therefor, showing the date, identification of the account and the amount paid.
