17:16G-4. Duties of commissioner; fees The commissioner shall promulgate procedures and standards for the issuance or denial of licenses, shall promulgate grounds for and procedures under which licenses may be revoked, suspended, or reinstated, and shall establish fees necessary to meet administrative costs under this act.
