17:16N-4. Products, services offered to holders of New Jersey Consumer Checking Account 4. Except as otherwise provided in this act, a depository institution shall offer all of its products and services to a consumer who holds a New Jersey Consumer Checking Account on the same basis that it offers those products and services to consumers who hold regular checking accounts.
