17:16ZZ-14 Compliance with federal laws and regulations. 14. A student loan servicer shall comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations relating to student loan servicing, including, but not limited to, the 'Truth in Lending Act' (15 U.S.C. s.1601 et seq.). In addition to any other remedies provided by law, a violation of any federal law or regulation shall be deemed a violation of this section and a basis upon which the commissioner may take enforcement action pursuant to section 11 of this act.
