17:1C-6.1. Training program for volunteers 4. The Department of Insurance, in conjunction with the Division on Aging, shall develop a training program for volunteers in the Senior Health Insurance Counseling Program, established pursuant to P.L.1993, c.4 (C.52:27D-29.32 et al.), and conduct all training of volunteer counselors with regard to private health insurance coverage for senior citizens.
