17:1D-2 Funding of commission budget. 9. The Department of Banking and Insurance shall fund the approved budget of the commission established pursuant to section 6 of P.L.2007, c.330 (C.26:1A-137) from fines, sanctions, and civil penalties assessed by the department on entities regulated by the department pursuant to subtitle 3 of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes, Title 17B of the New Jersey Statutes, and P.L.1973, c.337 (C.26:2J-1 et seq.).
