§ 17-29a-17

17:29A-17. Violations Any insurer which violates any provision of this act, or which fails to comply with the terms of any order made by the commissioner pursuant to the provisions of this act, shall be deemed to have violated the law within the meaning of section one of chapter thirty of Title 17 of the Revised Statutes.
